Row Captains

One or two Gardeners per row will be appointed by the Executive Committee (EC) to serve as Row Captain(s) for a term of two years. This year’s Row Captains are:

 

• Row 1: Kate Maskar 

• Row 2: Ann Funge 

• Row 3: Lindsay Hastings 

• Row 4: Audrey Jaros 

• Row 5: Ted Mader 

• Row 6: Lisa Torrieri

• Row 7: Christine Jefferson 

 

Row Captain duties include:

• Conducting plot inspections plot inspections with an EC member.

• Notifying each gardener on their row of any failure to:

  • Keep his/her plot free of weeds and debris. 

  • Keep paths clear and weed free.

• Handling grievances of gardeners in their row. Grievances should be brought first to the attention of the appropriate Row Captain who will attempt to resolve it. Any unresolved grievances will be conveyed to the Executive Committee for resolution.

• Providing row and plot updates to the Executive Committee on a regular basis or as requested.
